Key Activities in 2022
- STUD-ENT was transferred to Innovation Norway and Innovation Norway Trøndelag played an active part in shaping the programme. More than half of the allocated funds went to students at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
- Some 130 farms received grants for development projects, which triggered investments totalling NOK 637 million.
- In 2022, Trøndelag was named a European Region of Gastronomy (ERG), which resulted in extra high levels of activity in the areas of food and tourism.
- Global Growth Salmon Aquaculture Scotland and Global Growth Salmon Aquaculture Canada were concluded with good results.
- Together with the county authority, Siva, and the Research Council of Norway, several webinars were conducted with the business contacts in Trøndelag municipalities, and an in-person gathering was also arranged for this network.
