County-wise allocations - policy instruments

In 2022 low-risk loans, high-risk loans and guarantees, and grants comprised a total of NOK 7.1 billion. Advisory services, profiling and EEA grants (NOK 1.15 million) are not included here.

NOK 7.1 billion is a reduction from 2021, when the corresponding figure was NOK 9.2 billion. The reduction is due to the loss of extraordinary grant funds due to the corona pandemic.

A total of NOK 1.85 billion was granted in low-risk loans, divided between industry and service provision (NOK 352 million), agriculture (NOK 310 million) and fishing fleets (NOK 1.19 billion). Risk loans and guarantees for industry, service provision and agriculture amounted to NOK 1.91 billion. NOK 3.3 billion in grants were awarded. The largest items were within environmental technology and the Green Platform (NOK 943 million), agriculture (NOK 328 million) and innovation contracts (NOK 270 million).
