Foreign overnight stays
Number of overnight stays in commercial accommodation in Norway distributed by country:
There were 36.1 million commercial overnight stays in 2022, which is an increase of 33 percent from 2021. Foreign guest nights amounted to 9.8 million overnight stays - an increase of 197 percent compared to 2021.
In 2019, there were 10.7 million foreign guest nights, and the 2022 figures are therefore only somewhat lower than the level before the pandemic.
